From the sunlit corners of the United States to the cozy hearths of Europe, the blooming homes of Australia, the spirited streets of Latin America, and the golden dunes of Arabia and the UAE, even reaching the snowy stretches of Russia and the ancient temples of China—our love travels far.

Whether you’ve welcomed a Cavapoo, a Pomeranian, an English Bulldog, a Siberian Husky, a Golden Retriever, a Toy Poodle, or one of our many other furry wonders, your journey matters to us.

💌 A Gentle Return

We understand—sometimes, even love at first sight may need a second thought.

If, within 14 days of receiving your pet, your heart tells you something isn’t quite right, please reach out. The soul of our store lies not just in commerce, but in compassion. We kindly accept returns, provided:

• The pet remains healthy, safe, and well-cared for during their time with you.

• All original adoption papers, health documents, and accessories are returned with them.

• The reason is heartfelt and humane—we do not judge, only guide.

We will arrange a safe and gentle return for the little one, and offer you either:

• A full refund (excluding transportation/handling fees), or

• An exchange or credit toward another companion who might be a better match.

🕊️ A Few Tender Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns or refunds under these conditions:

• If the pet has been harmed, mistreated, or shows signs of neglect.

• If more than 14 days have passed since delivery.

• For international orders, where regional laws restrict animal return or re-import.

Please understand, living souls are not products—they are poetry in motion. Each puppy is unique, precious, and irreplaceable. Thus, we approach every situation with care and case-by-case discretion.
